Sheila Mellen is a Partner at DeStigter Architecture, bringing more than 25 years of experience in architecture, planning, and project management. Her work spans a wide range of sectors, with deep expertise in multi-family housing, senior living communities, commercial renovations, and community-based projects. Sheila has led the delivery of numerous apartment communities, condominiums, and mixed-use developments, as well as faith-based, institutional, and corporate facilities.

Sheila holds a Master of Architecture from Lawrence Technological University, graduating with distinction, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from DeVry University. Her dual background in architecture and business allows her to integrate design excellence with strong project management and client-focused solutions.

Sheila is passionate about harnessing new technologies, from advanced design tools to emerging building systems to streamline project delivery and create smarter, more sustainable environments.
