The Alpine Church Apartments build on the success of the Broadview development, adapting the proven six-unit walk-out building design to a new site with its own distinct character. Rather than starting from scratch, the project leveraged an established design framework, refining and repositioning it to respond to the conditions of the Alpine Church site while delivering the same quality of living experience.

 

The development comprises two residential buildings totaling 12 apartment units, each served by a dedicated carport structure to provide covered parking for all tenants. The walk-out configuration, carried over from Broadview, takes advantage of grade changes to offer lower-level units with direct outdoor access, an amenity that adds both livability and a sense of connection to the surrounding landscape.
