The Broadview Apartments represent a cohesive expansion of an existing residential community, with five new buildings designed to complement and continue the established character of the site. The addition was carefully integrated into the natural topography, three two-story structures on the north side of the drive are slab-on-grade, offering accessible Type A ADA units at grade level, while two buildings to the south take advantage of the site’s natural slope to provide desirable walk-out units on the lower levels.
